Deepu brings over 20 years of experience in building, scaling, and institutionalizing talent engines across India’s technology and Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. His career has been shaped by high-impact mandates — from setting up large-scale RPO programs to designing structured hiring frameworks that enable sustained business growth. Having spent close to 15 years at Careernet, Deepu worked extensively with leading global brands such as Lowe’s, Amazon, Microsoft, Nielsen Media, Cognizant, Alcon, and Anthem. In these partnerships, he played a pivotal role in helping organizations establish, expand, and mature their GCCs in India and beyond. His work spanned large-scale ramp-ups, capability build-outs, and the creation of structured talent engines that supported technology, product, analytics, and shared services growth at scale.

Her career spans leading organizations such as Careernet, Cognizant, and Lowe’s, where she played a key role in building and expanding Global Capability Center (GCC) hiring engines. She has partnered with globally recognized brands including Lam Research, Victoria’s Secret & Co., Nielsen Media, and 7-Eleven Global Solutions Center, driving structured talent strategies during both setup and high-growth phases.
